The UPprentice 2009 is officially over! The UPprentice Challenge 2009 culminated with a party and awards ceremony at the AECC on Thursday 26th November for 300 guests, including all the UPprentice teams.
The UPprentice’s enjoyed a drinks reception with smooth sounds from local swing band, Three Guys Swinging and close-up magic from Fifth Dimension, they then enjoyed a fantastic meal, prize giving for nine top award categories and danced the night away to top local covers band Indikoda. The UPprenticeTeam and the staff at CLAN would like to say a huge thank you to all the teams, supporters and dinner guests that have helped make The UPprentince such a special and successful event. The biggest thank you is of course to the UPprentice teams, who should all be very pround of their acheivements. Their fundraising activities during the 6 week challenge, and the fundraising done on the night of the dinner itself has well and truly smashed our original £12,500.00 target.
We are absolutely delighted and overwhelmed to announce that The UPprentice Challenge fundraising total to date is £135,420.00
